Portland, ME - Richard Boyd Art Gallery opens an annual exhibition of small scale art works in both two and three-dimensions on December 5, at 10:00 a.m.  The exhibit features a selection of works in a broad range of styles from contemporary to traditional realism, covering an array of subjects, in a variety of media. On exhibit are bronze and mixed media sculptures, and paintings from miniature works as small as 2" x 3" to works as large as 24" x 24" in a wide range of media including oil, acrylic, watercolor, ink wash and pastel.

On exhibit are works by gallery artists Jeffrey Ackerman - painting in oil and bronze sculpture: Rob Anderson - paintings in oil; Amy Bickford - paintings in acrylic based gouache; Rick Boyd - ceramic art and pottery; Pam Cabañas - paintings in ink wash; Michael J. Caudle - paintings in watercolor; Charles Ellithorpe, DVM - bronze sculpture; Wyn Foland - paintings in a variety of media; Jane Herbert - paintings in acrylic; Jean Noon - mixed media sculpture; Bob Santandrea - images in pastel; Felicity Sidwell - paintings in oil; William Steele - painting in oil; Wilson Stewart - painting in watercolor; Gwen Sylvester - painting in acrylic; Sarah Wilde - paintings in acrylic; and Kathy Weinberg - paintings in acrylic and bronze sculpture.

The exhibit is open to the public free of charge from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through January 18, 2015. Additional days and times by appointment.
