The Kennebec Performing Arts Company is pleased to announce that we are welcoming new musicians for our 2014-2015 season.  This is an exciting opportunity to join an organization with a long history of making music in the greater Augusta area.  Under the direction of Charles T. Milazzo, our three ensembles – an auditioned 4-part chorus, a large wind ensemble, and a jazz band - perform in at least two concert series each year.  Our musicians are your incredibly talented neighbors and fellow community members – everyone from students to music teachers; from working professionals to the retired young-at-heart. 

We are seeking both vocalists and instrumentalists.  The ability to read music is required. Our chorus rehearses Monday nights from 6:30-8:30 p.m., at the Hope Baptist Church in Manchester – first rehearsal is Monday, September 8. Our Jazz Band and Wind Ensemble rehearse in the Cony High School Band Room on Tuesday nights from 5:45-7:00 p.m. and 7:00-8:30 p.m., respectively.  First rehearsal is Tuesday, September 9.
