Tucked away on the second floor of a charming 150 year old brick building at 24 Exchange Street, you'll find an exquisit little gallery featuring 13 of Maine's premier emerging artists. As 1 Gallery carries unique notecards, nostalgic photographs, intricate shadow boxes, quilted glass, award-winning jewelry, handmade furniture, inspiring journals, gorgeous paintings, and more!  

We're in the midst of our first show, Canvas ~ Metal ~ Paper by JoAnne Becker, which combines century-old processes with modern photographic techniques. You can catch JoAnne's beautiful work through August 30th, including a closing party Thursday, August 28th, from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
