Features: AlteRED - There are a few times in life when you stand at a precipice of a decision. When you know there will forever be a Before and an After from which everything else will be altered.

Choreography: Terry Lacy. Music: Orff, Ritenour, Grusin, Ahn TrioRuminating, a new work by Stevie Dunham, visualizes the existential nature of thoughts. Life can be hectic at times and it’s hard to organize one’s thoughts – this piece demonstrates the inner workings of a chaotic mind with each dancer representing a different thought or train of thoughts. Set to Bach’s Goldberg Variations, Dunham seeks to organize and make sense of a ruminating mind.

Mozart Madness is a merry mix of music and motion, combining ballet with humor and whimsy to depict the world of dance. Featuring a large cast highlighted in a series of vignettes, Mozart’s Madness is a dance about dance, and the magic, madness and joy of it. Choreography: Keith Robinson

Music: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Gideon Kremer, The Brewer High Jazz Combo, under the direction of Brady Harris, will join Robinson Ballet dancers performing three selections: a lyrical ballet piece set to Marvin Hamlisch's, The Way We Were, an upbeat mix of contemporary / jazz movements set to the Brecker Brothers, Sponge, and a classic jazz rendition of Georgia to be performed by RBC Contributing Artist Stevie Dunham.

Guest Artists Jesse Dunham - A native of Bangor, ME and the Robinson Ballet Company, Jesse Dunham has spent the last 8 years living in New York City. She graduated from Marymount Manhattan College in 2009 and joined the Steps Ensemble at Steps on Broadway. There she worked with Sean Curran, Camille Brown, Charice and Aszure Barton, Benoit Swan Pouffer, and Larry Kegwin. Recently, she left her position as a Tier III Personal Trainer at Equinox for an opportunity to join the wardrobe crew for the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.

Brady S. Harris - Brady S. Harris has served as the Director of Bands at Brewer High School since 1996. He has been the head of the Visual and Performing Arts at BHS, Chair of MMEA District 6,and is the manager of Brewer’s new performing arts center. Mr. Harris graduated from Brewer High School in 1988, earned his Bachelor’s degree in Jazz and Contemporary Music from the University of Maine at Augusta, and later earned his teaching degree from the University of Maine at Orono. Mr. Harris’s bands have received numerous awards and accolades including 1st place at the 2012 Berklee Jazz Festival, 3rd place at the 2013 Berklee Jazz Festival, numerous 2nd and 3rd place finishes at the Maine State Jazz Festival, and many high honors from a variety of festivals throughout the country. Mr. Harris is the current commander of the 195th Army Band, Maine Army National Guard, located in Bangor, ME. He has served in the guard for over 25 years.
