The Mt. Desert Festival of Chamber Music, celebrating its 52nd season in 2015, is one of the longest-running festivals in the state of Maine. The Mt. Desert Festival of Chamber Music is proud to announce it's 52nd year of 5 Tuesday evening concerts at the Neighborhood House in Northeast Harbor, Maine.

In Tuesday, July 21st the Festival opens with Borromeo String Quartet and Todd Crow, Pianist and music director performing FRANZ SCHUBERT - Adagio (Notturno) in E flat major, D. 897

 Begun in 1963, the Festival brought public concerts back to the stage of the Neighborhood House whose fine acoustics and intimate setting allow world-class chamber music to thrive. Thanks to enthusiastic support, the Neighborhood House is a central fixture in the Northeast Harbor Community and the Festival is proud to be associated with such an important organization.
