Sage Hayes believes in motion - motion of water, the spirit, children, dogs, laughter. Sage has always had an eye for beauty, for appreciating the seen in the unseen - capturing this awareness in many mediums. Sage started taking photos in 2014 as part of a radical selfie love iphoneography class, and has continued to find and capture moments of stillness, moments of motion and moments that just are. Sage’s ongoing work can be seen at Alchemy Healing Arts Studio, 87 Ocean Street in Knightville, South Portland. St. Lawrence Arts is proud to take part in Portland's monthly First Friday Art Walks that occur year round.
