Marni Lawson

Marni Lawson is a watercolor artist,teacher,and a member of the "Hot Airs" flute quartet. Known for doing winter scenes of western MAINE, she also does paintings of social commentary and spiritual significance since going through cancer treatment six years ago. She teaches creative thinking through watercolors at her studio in Temple in October, and at K.C.'s Kreativity Center in Carrabassett in January. A signature member of the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, she has sold over 1200 original paintings. Check her website for the fascinating new project called " Visual Conversations" that she and Jennifer Wadsworth are doing with the Wells Elementary School 1-4 technology classes.
