CAMDEN, MAINE, OCTOBER 27, 2009: ARTFULL GIFTS at Point Lookout in Northport, Maine (located on Route 1 between Camden and Belfast) is the Mid-coast's premier invitational show for fine Maine made holiday gifts.
The event features a selection of Maine's outstanding artists and artisans with a Gala Opening Celebration, Friday night, November 20, from 5-8 pm with cash bar and hors d'oeuvres. Maine's own Chris Poulin will provide a smooth jazz guitar sound while visitors shop for Maine made holiday gifts. The show continues Saturday and Sunday, November 21 & 22, 10 am - 4 pm, $3 admission (under 16 admitted free of charge), $10 for the entire event including the Gala. Admission will benefit Coastal Mountains Land Trust and United Mid-Coast Charities.
Exhibitors will be showing a variety of work including gold and silver jewelry, woven silk, stoneware and porcelain pottery, ash baskets, handmade fine furniture, blown glass, hand spun knit wear, and original prints and paintings.
