Welcome to the 2013 Maine International Conference on the Arts (MICA). Based at the Collins Center for the Arts, in Orono, this conference will provide resources and training for artists, arts administrators, arts educators, and community leaders.

Education Conference

MICA begins with the Arts Educators: Leading the Way conference on October 24. With a rich choice of workshops, this gathering promises to provide insight and choices for teaching in the standards-based environment.


The Conference boasts over 30 workshops, over 20 performance showcases and top-quality keynote speakers.
