The Arts Commission also offers discretionary support, often in the form of sponsorships, for special, one-time projects.

In 2017, the Commission is proud to support the Appalachian Trail Conservancy's special event, the Art and Land Conservation Symposium: the Role of the Visual Artist in the American Conservation Movement August 3-4, 2017; as well as a Maine Cultural Leaders summit in collaboration with Haystack Mountain School of Crafts.

For additional information, please contact Executive Director Julie Richard.
