(Portland, ME) Join us Monday, April 2 at Richard Boyd Art Gallery for the opening of an annual group exhibition of original paintings created en plein air and in studio settings with a reception to follow on the 7th.

The exhibit is comprised of a selection of works from a variety of genres by artists' Patricia Chandler - landscapes, still life and abstracts; Julianne Garvey - landscapes; Jen Pagnini - plein air landscapes and abstracts; Austin Stilphen - landscapes; and Felicity Sidwell - plein air landscapes. Although, each artist has their own style and approach to using the medium they are joined by a passion - painting with oils.

You're invited to meet artists Patricia Chandler and Austin Stilphen at a reception at Richard Boyd Art Gallery Saturday, April 7 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. when they will be available to discuss their work.

Paintings in Oil is on view free of charge between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily through April 29, 2018.
