Boston’s newest baroque chamber orchestra, The Halfmoon, sails into Harpswell’s historic Elijah Kellogg Church at 3:00 PM on Sunday, November 18to present “Time & Tide” - a concert inspired by lunar wax and wane, featuring music by Geminiani, Muffat and Charpentier. Seventeenth and 18century music, performed on historical instruments, illuminates the moon’s phases and influence on life on Earth. Where else could we debut this program, except the town with the most coastline in the U.S.? Free Admission. Suggested donation $15.
