Maine Block

The Maine Block Booking Project is an initiative to support performing arts venues in Maine by creating a system that supports Canadian artists touring into the U.S. and also encourages Maine artists touring in Canada.

Within Maine there are venues that are especially open to booking Canadian artists. These organizations are willing to consider being part of a block group that offers multiple engagements for tours. If you are a Canadian artist or arts group interested in touring through Maine, and have been deemed Export Ready, please fill out the Maine Block form. Members of the block group will be notified of a musician's interest and you will be sent contact information about the venues interested in making a deal. Artists can follow up with the opportunities from there and build a tour.
