The Maine Arts Commission is making a call to all Maine artists (who pay Maine state taxes), to submit proposals to design, create and install artwork at the Fred P. Hall Elementary School in Portland, Maine. The total project budget is approximately $44,400 and the submission deadline is Monday, November 27th, 2017, 5:00 p.m.
