The Mt. Desert Festival of Chamber Music, celebrating its 52nd season in 2015, is one of the longest-running festivals in the state of Maine. The Mt. Desert Festival of Chamber Music is proud to announce it's 52nd year of 5 Tuesday evening concerts at the Neighborhood House in Northeast Harbor, Maine.

On Tuesday, August 4 returning to Maine is Miró Quartet with Todd Crow, Piano and Music Director to perform FRANZ SCHUBERT - String Quartet in G major, D. 887 and ROBERT SCHUMANN - Piano Quintet in E flat major, Op. 44

Begun in 1963, the Festival brought public concerts back to the stage of the Neighborhood House whose fine acoustics and intimate setting allow world-class chamber music to thrive. Thanks to enthusiastic support, the Neighborhood House is a central fixture in the Northeast Harbor Community and the Festival is proud to be associated with such an important organization.
