The Mt. Desert Festival of Chamber Music is proud to present its 53rd season of summer concerts at the Neighborhood House in Northeast Harbor, Maine. 

On Tuesday, July 26, a guest ensemble of Stephanie Chase, Moran Katz, Dov Sheindlin, Mark Shumann, Kingsley Wood Carl Oswald accompanied by Todd Crow, pianist and music director will perform Charles Martin Loeffler - Rhapsody for oboe, viola and piano; Beethoven - Piano Trio in B-flat major, WoO 39; Mozart - Oboe Quartet in F major, K. 370; 
 Schubert - Piano Quintet in A major, D. 667 (“Trout”). 

The festival aims to present chamber music at its best. Much of the aura which is due to the ambiance of the Neighborhood House, whose fine acoustics and old world charm add much to the intimacy of communication upon which chamber music thrives. Thanks to enthusiastic support, the Neighborhood House, which will be celebrating its 113th year, has reclaimed its central place in the cultural and social life of the Northeast Harbor Community.
