The Robinson Ballet Company of Bangor will bring Tchaikovsky’s beloved holiday classic, The Nutcracker, to Bingham Auditorium at Gould Academy in Bethel. Robinson Ballet is a highly respected dance company that enhances community by reaching out to educate, inspire and involve people of all ages by providing opportunities to create and experience quality dance. Peter Tchaikovsky, one of the world’s best-known symphonic composers, wrote the graceful Nutcracker in 1892, near the end of his life. The Robinson Ballet Company has been producing The Nutcracker for nearly 30 years but has not performed in this area for over 10 years.
