About the Artist

I have been working as a photographer and graphic artist in Maine for over 23 years.
I am attracted to the varied, natural beauty of Maine.
I look for simplicity in landscapes: simple lines, shapes or vistas. I also look for scenes that are more abstract in subject matter. I’m always looking for the unique, for character.
Often I see sculptural shapes in rocks, old wharfs, stumps of trees, for example.
I have a BFA from East Carolina’s School of Art and Design.
My photographs have been featured in state and national shows.
I am a member of the Photographic Society of America, Union of Maine Visual Artists
and Creatives Group of Portland.
