One Day Painting Workshop with Instructor Liz Prescott. Wednesday, August 14th from 9AM-4PM.

Discover methods for painting impactful skies, water and reflections in water in this one-day workshop with award-winning painter Liz Prescott. With a focus on painting what you see rather than what you think you see, Liz will guide you in creating gorgeous water and sky scenes. Focusing on color and composition, this workshop will provide you with tools to help you get to the heart of what you want to say. Explore all the blues in your paint box, learn to mix the multitude of colors seen in water reflections and play with hard vs. soft edges. Paint in acrylics or oils. Liz will demo in acrylics. Please bring your sketching materials, charcoal and drawing paper, as well as a few blank canvases and your acrylic paints as well as your easel set up for painting outside.
