The Plein Air Art Festival features ten days of art activities in the outdoors. Now in its fifth year, the festival partners with artists, crafts people, and non-profits to offer high quality, interaction experiences to the public for free.

Plein Air Painters Around Town Tours will feature local professional artists in Yarmouth, ME on four different dates at various locations including downtown scenic spots, local gardens, coastal, and other water views.

You can find these artists at select locations on the following days during our festival: Wednesday, August 14th from 9AM-11AM and/or 1PM-3PM Saturday, August 17th from 9AM-11AM and/or 1PM-3PM Wednesday, August 21st from 9AM-11AM and/or 1PM-3PM Saturday, August 24th from 9AM-11AM and/or 1PM-3PM

Participating artists include: Jessica LaPlante, Michael Vermette, Cooper Dragonette, Catheine Bickford, Gail Clarke, Kevin Tacka, Linda Rowell, Pamela Shockey, Bev Bono, Chris Magnuson, Barbara Parker, Marilyn Bickford, Tamara Jones and many more! The Artist Location Map will be made available online a few days prior to the festival start. You can also pick up a map at the Bickford Outdoor Pavilion starting Wednesday, August 14th. NOTE: Some artists are only painting part of the day. The map will have more detail on when and where to find them painting.
