Maine Earth Science Day at the Maine State Museum

Tuesday October 22, 9 am to 3 pm

The Maine State Museum is presenting a series of exhibits and demonstrations focusing on Maine’s geology and the products of the earth that contribute to our economy, education, and enjoyment. Scientists, industry professionals, artists, and educators from around the state will demonstrate new and exciting ways that earth science can help future generations meet the challenges of tomorrow.

The Maine State Museum is open Tuesday through Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-4pm, Closed Sunday and Monday. Admission is $3 for adults; $2 for senior adults over age 62 and children 6-18 years of age; children under 6 free.  Maximum charge for families is $10.
