This event will be the opening reception for an art exhibit showcasing work that is considered unfinished based on the artist’s definition in an effort to break down the stigma of laziness/mental health. Artists will be asked to define their barriers to productivity. Artists will be present at this reception and there will be an artist panel where we discuss our work as well as our own experiences with the themes of the show (perfectionism, laziness, mental health, and so on). The show will be up throughout the months of May and June and the gallery/visiting hours will be Fridays & Sundays 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
