For those interested in learning more about herb gardening, herb lore and creative herb uses, focusing on 16 different herbs, we once again offer Sabbathday Lake Shaker Herb Garden Internships led by our herbalist and master gardener Betsey-Ann Golon. Participants can come once a week on either Tuesday or Thursdays, or you may decide you'd like to join us both days, as your time allows. Morning sessions start at 9:00 a.m. with work in the gardens, lunch break on the Girls' Shop porch, then a return to the gardens or the Herb Room until 2:00 p.m. A garden and history tour for newcomers is on May 28 or May 30 - reservations required.
