Poetry Out Loud Finalist

Magnolia Vandiver - Grade 10, George Stevens Academy  

 Magnolia loves anything creative! Her unusual pursuits include classical harp, a capella singing, and shoe making. She also enjoys theatre. Magnolia’s favorite subject is English. She was shocked and honored to win her school POL competition. She hopes that the Anthology will one day include “Renaissance” by Edna St. Vincent Millay, as it’s her favorite poem!
