The Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts is seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals for the following seasonal roles:

Studio Assistant

Residency Liaison

Hospitality Coordinator

Assistant Cook
-
Dining Coordinator
Seasonal staff are essential to the success of our summer programs, including artist residencies, workshops, and special events. You will work closely with a vibrant creative community, supporting artists and helping ensure a positive, productive experience for all.
Position Highlights:

Private cabin accommodations and three meals/day provided.

Work in a collaborative environment with access to studio space, materials, and free kiln firings (when not in use by residents).

Opportunity to sell your work at our annual Salad Days event.
Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly wage, 30-40 hours/week, with evening and weekend hours required.

24 hours of paid time off.
