Join the Maine Writers & Publishers Alliance and Maine State Poet Laureate Julia Bouwsma in an online celebration of a pilot version of the Write ME epistolary writing project.

During the summer of 2023, hundreds of people across Maine and beyond—most of them complete strangers—wrote each other letter poems. This event will highlight some of those exchanges and celebrate the ways that poetry can bring us together across all kinds of distance and difference.
