Mayo Street Arts' semi-annual slam, King Friday’s Dungeon, returns with new puppet works and puppet works in progress in an after-hours, puppet-roadhouse atmosphere.

Maine-based artists Imaginary Islands, Aubrey Calaway, Julio Robles, Zach Rohman, Tough Luck Puppets, and ​D​avid Worobec will perform alongside visiting artists Madison Cripps (MA), Lil Mending Hands (MD), and Puppet Motion (MA) with emcee Reverend Legs Malone and live music from the Ideal Maine Social Aid and Sanctuary Band.

Audience members and artists alike are invited to gather at Hi Fidelity Brewing at 9:00 PM on Friday following the performance.

King Friday’s Puppet Slam is part of the national Puppet Slam Network created by Heather Henson and curated by local Maine puppeteers.
