SUMMER POETRY HAPPY HOUR!

Thursday July 9 from 5 – 6 PM at 40 Paper Camden

Poet/musician Dave Morrison is hosting a Summer Poetry Happy Hour on Thursday July 9  from 5 - 6 PM at 40 Paper restaurant (40 Washington Street Camden). Morrison will be performing his trademark poetry/looped guitar mash-up, focusing on poems about Summer. Admission is free, and all are welcome.

Since his first collection  has been a regular fixture in the Maine literary community; his work has been featured on Writer’s Almanac, Take Heart, and Poems from Here, and at the Terry Plunkett Festival, the Camden Festival of Poetry and the WORD Literary Festival. Morrison is known for his unique presentation of poetry read over looped electric guitar.
