The Omer Art Series

Artist Susan Bakaley Marshall, MPS, has a master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy from Pratt Institute. This exhibit reflects both her personal connection to and the resilience of the Jewish ritual of Counting the Omer. Join her for an artist’s talk including a demonstration of the process of Touch Drawing, which was used in the nine pieces of artwork displayed. She will share how she was inspired to create forty-nine paintings, one for each day of the Omer. Register here.
