About the Artist

Singer-songwriter and lobsterfisherman, Frank Gotwals is available for concert, coffeehouse, and festival performances. Frank has developed a classroom program for elemetary school children, "Songwriting across the Curriculum." Also available for classroom performances with a focus on the marine world. He performs his music on six string, twelve string, and steel-bodied guitar. His songs draw on his experiences living on the Maine coast and as a commercial fisherman. His music has been described as a strong blend of folk, jazz, and blues.
