About the Artist

Maine Native, lifetime interest in art, scholarship to art school, recieved BFA concentration in drawing and watercolors...has explored other mediums...including ongoing 70'outdoor mural of marine life on waterfront building in Porltand..Studied scientific illustration... work is realistic,representational images with own distinct style. Has taught all ages and abilities at Yellow Farm Studio as well as at other institutions. Was Artist in Residence at York Institute Museum for two years, taught at Heartwood College of Art, University of New England among other schools, won awards, work graces quarterly literary magazines, "The Native" (moose) hangs in the Blaine Mansion as part of the permanent collection, works can be seen in galleries and giftshops. Will do workshops at Yellow Farm or on location, commissions welcomed.
