About the Artist

I sculpt space with light and sound. I mold a space into an experience that is shared by the audience. I use video as the primary medium in my installations because it combines light and sound, allowing me to explore the potential of both materials simultaneously.

I also create in the intersection of art and archives. My videos form an archive of moments, communities, and ideas. The care I put into archiving the communities around me reflects the value I see in those communities.

As a queer woman of color, I exist in many intersections, and the layers in my work reflect the layers of my identity
