About the Artist

Joy Vaughan is an artist/teacher who brings her experience to workshops, residencies and speaking engagements. Her goal is to help people believe in their personal imagery and to have the courage, authenticity and authority to produce those images.

Joy works privately with individuals, in residency, and with groups at the high school, college, and graduate levels. She holds classes and workshops at her studio in South Bristol, Maine. Joy is the author of Off the Edges and Outside the Lines, an interactive guide to the creative process.
