About the Artist

Attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. John is 23. John's specialty is watercolors, but he also works in pastels, oils and sculpts with clay. John paints plein air in different locations including cityscapes, seascapes and figures. He has worked recently on a 5'x 5' oil painting depicting Fish beach, Monhegan. His first solo show 4 Years of Painting was at the Curtis Memorial Library in June 2003. Currently exhibiting 1 Monhegan watercolor and 1 ink painting of Chicago at the Chocolate Church. Appointments can be made to see his work at his studio/gallery in Bath on High street.
