I delight in working with everyday items such as drinking straws, clothes pegs, marbles, and matchboxes - as well as sculling oars, piano parts, hand set type, and other less available materials. My Art Work - usually 3 Dimensional, can be purely aesthetic, however an idea often arises in response to the material I''m working or ''playing'' with, becoming the cohesive element and inspiration in my Art.
