About the Artist

Greg Mort is one of America''s outstainding contemporary artists. Morts art can be found in leading art collections such as the Smithsonian, Portland, Farnsworth and Brandywine museums. He hosts an annual OPEN STUDIO summer exhibiton the first weekend in August every year. The 2006 exhibition is entitld: ""ACROSS THE SEA"" and will take place on August 5th & 6th, 10 AM to 5 PM. Visitors can explore the studio and view Mort''s watercolors, oils and drawings. The Open Studio is located at Mort''s historic home/studio on the Marshall Pt Lighthouse Rd in Port Clyde, Maine.
