About the Artist

Fine Art: I create paintings, oil & watercolor, that are equally based in the physical world and the spiritual world. My work is playful yet serious and I always strive to make paintings which linger in the viewer's mind.

Web Design: My business, JMC Creative, is a small company specializing in creating effective, attractive, and unique websites for individuals, non-profits and businesses. Every site is developed to the highest level of both functionality and beauty, highly customized to meet your needs.

Music: I've been a musician for more than 10 years. I play a variety of instruments; mainly guitar, bass, and percussion. Though I play many styles of music, I am guided by a love of jazz. This tends to influence my musical ideas whether I'm playing in a progressive rock setting or a blues jazz combo. My main instrument is a fretless bass guitar and african percussion such as the Bougaraboo and the mbira.
