Mom's Home Cookin'

About the Artist

Mom's Home Cookin' is a trio of women who perform vintage American music on multiple instruments accompanying their trademark vocal harmonies. Their repertoire includes songs and tunes from these genres and more: folk music, fiddle tunes, classic American country, early bluegrass and country blues.

Carolyn Mix (fiddle), Monica Grabin (guitar, banjo autoharp and percussion)and Dale Robin Lockman (guitar, banjo, Appalachian dulicmer and percussion) are the members of Mom's Home Cookin'. Their favorite venues include concert halls, opera houses, coffeehouses, libraries, colleges, fairs, festivals, schools, senior centers and just about anyplace there are folks who'd like to listen! They are pleased to tailor programs to fit the needs of the audience. Their friendly, easy style and their thoughtful, optimistic music please audiences of all ages and interests.
