Nancy Salmon

About the Artist

Nancy Salmon - dancer, educator, choreographer, facilitator, and arts education planner - is available September through February and May to conduct dance activities in schools, communities and corporations for students of all ages, early childhood through elder adults. Nancy is skilled at making non-dancers comfortable moving creatively and uses dance making as a team building strategy. She choreographs for musical theater productions as well as concert stage. Nancy is well versed in Maine Learning Results and strategic planning to meet those and other education and organizational goals. Nancy holds a MFA from New York University, is trained as a professional modern dancer with a strong background in ballet and movement education.
