About the Artist

Susan lives on the coast of Maine with her husband, boat builder Steve Garrand, aboard 'Kainui', their 25 foot wooden sailboat. Her fine art studio is located in downtown Belfast, which is open by chance or by appointment, and during Belfast's First Friday Art Walks throughout the summer. Her medium is primarily graphite (pencil) on paper and her subject matter is coastal Maine.
