About the Artist

I am a potter, working for peace one pot at a time. My Peace Pot is an effort to symbolize the peace process. Lighting a candle within the pot illuminates the dove, as a reminder that peace begins within each of us as we work for world peace. Each stoneware pot is wheel-thrown and hand carved, then glazed with a luminous white glaze and fired to 2,000 degrees in an electric kiln.
