About the Artist

Miss McLeod is a classically trained singer (soprano) with an extensive background in both opera and musical theater. As an actress, she has performed on both film and stage. Companies Jennifer has performed with include PORTopera, OperaWorks!, Portland Symphony Orchestra, Maine State Music Theater, Good Theater Company, Mad Horse Theater Company, the Carousel Music Theater, the Escapists, Newborn Pictures, and Lone Wolf Productions.

Awards she has won include the Lillian Nordica Award for young opera singers, as well as first place in both the Upper College and Advanced Divisions of NATS. Miss McLeod is also the former host of the Maine Kids Show on Maine's WB51 and UPN35.
