About the Artist

From the Fishouse is an online audio archive of emerging poets founded as a non-profit to promote the oral tradition of poetry, to provide a new outlet for up-and-coming poets to read their poems for an audience, and as an educational resource for teachers and students of contemporary poetry. Founding editor and executive director Matt O'Donnell is a native Mainer and works at Bowdoin College in Brunswick.
