About the Artist

The Pocket Opera Players offer Elementary and Middle schools a pathway into the world of opera with the highly successful program, "Who's afraid of Opera?" This creative and interactive program is a residency consisting of teaching and performance of up to 20+ hours of teaching in theater arts, costuming, set design, production techniques, performance, and elements of theater. Present programs for 2005/06 are "Amadeus Revisited," "Star and the Bird Catcher," and the new addition, "The Emperor's Flea." Performances are either 2 day residencies or 6 day residency.
