About the Artist

Jon Brandon provides the highest quality conservation services to preserve valued furniture and wooden artifacts for future generations. Located in Brunswick in the coastal region of southern Maine, we serve national and regional museums, private individuals and corporate collections. Our spacious, well-equipped conservation studio is designed for safe, efficient and optimal preservation results. Principal conservator, Jon Brandon, has over 25 years of experience in private conservation practice and received formal training at the Smithsonian Institution and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. He is a professional associate member of the American Institute for Conservation (AIC) and former chair of the Board of Directors for the New England Conservation Association (NECA).
