About the Artist

Ralph Fahringer has had an interest in photography extending back over 40 years
starting with an after school job in a photo store where he was introduced to the black &&&&
white darkroom.

His formal training includes multiple photography classes at Parsons School of
Design in NYC as well as various workshops over the years.

With the help of the WHCA, he started a custom framing business which is still going strong after 13 years. He has completed the requirements to hold the title of Certified Picture Framer. He now sells his nature/ wildlife images as well as printing giclees for other artists in the Downeast area as well as photo restorations for his regular customers.
