About the Artist

Through my art I have been combining photography and textiles within the landscape. Working from the very traditional mode of the grand painted landscapes, I have taken a part of nature and made it into a knit caricature of itself. Creating these caricatures and adding them to these grand landscapes adds a bit of humor to a genre that generally has very little.
