About the Artist

I use the Maine landscape to express a hopeful, elevated vision through a colorist style. My palette includes both strong, deep colors and transparent hues and washes.

Rooted in my training in art and architecture at MIT, I have a continued interest in the patterns of formal association and psychological exchange made between landscape, inhabitant, and viewer. My recent work is informed by regions of downeast Maine.
