About the Artist

Writer and devoted writing teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching writing to young adults and adults in both conventional and alternative educational settings. My approach to teaching focuses on practise, process, and craft, with the aim of guiding each aspiring writer to find his or her own subject matter and individual voice. I am passionate about the power of the written word, and love to share that passion with others. Workshops include: The Practise of Writing&#59; The Language of the Imagination&#59; How to Write a Sentence.
