About the Artist

Arthur Russell Strings (ARS) is a one week July session of chamber music instruction on Mount Desert Island for aspiring young musicians in the down east region. Once a program of the Summer Festival of the Arts, this unique intensive session for intermediate and advanced string and piano players has been revitalized to invigorate strings instruction and ensemble playing for young people.
